We’ve Grown (Once) Again!

We’re excited to announce we now have a London location, located at 103-931 Commissioners Road East, London, ON N5Z 3H9. This location will mark our fourth branch!

Meet the London Team.

We would like to give a warm welcome to our two newest team members who will be heading up this new London location – Jim Kozak and Melissa Miller.

Jim Kozak has been in the insurance industry since 1979, specializing in auto, home, and commercial insurance. He sits on the Board of Directors for the London Ukrainian Center and the Kanagio Yacht Club. In his spare time, Jim loves to boat.

Melissa Miller has been in the insurance industry since 2015. Her career began as an agent working with a direct writer, but quickly found she needed to do more to help her clients and give them options. This is when she decided to move to a Broker role in 2020. She received the Forecaster Award with Allstate and her CCA certification. In her spare time, Melissa enjoys volunteering with the London Food Bank, going to the gym, reading and is also a huge Boston Bruins fan.

Melissa is looking forward to joining the Brokers Trust team and what it represents to her, “full market access for my clients, providing a high level of professionalism and joining a team of seasoned professionals”.
