Mary Paterra is the Commercial Account & Implementation Manager. She has been working in the industry since 1979, and happily employed at Brokers Trust since 1990. Mary has a bookkeeping and administrative background and spent several years as a Personal Lines team leader.

Having completed her Chartered Insurance Professional (CIP) designation, she transitioned to the Business Insurance Department in 2007, where she serviced existing Business Insurance clients until she transitioned to her new role Commercial Account & Implementation Manager in 2021. One of Mary’s main job functions is to ensure that the Business Department is running at full capacity through system implementations.

She loves to travel, dance and spend time with her husband, two children, two grandchildren and friends.
