Liliana Da Silva-Pento has been in the insurance industry since 2003 and specializes in the Personal Insurance sector. She started her journey back in 2002 with Brokers Trust as a receptionist, obtained her RIBO (Registered Insurance Brokers of Ontario) certification in 2003 and worked as an Account Manager until 2016 when she joined the Management Team as a Personal Lines Renewal Department Manager. Liliana now leads a team of quoting experts who assist clients ensuring they have the right policy with the most completive pricing. Liliana is fluent in English and Portuguese, loves travelling and the outdoors.
