Kakoli Chakraborty has extensive knowledge in insurance and has been in the industry since 1994. Kakoli joined the Brokers Trust team in January 2020. She was a Life Underwriter from 1996 to 2004 and in 2005, she became an Executive Sales Associate at State Farm. Kakoli is driven by the gratification in interacting with customers and fulfilling their insurance needs. She believes in building and maintaining a strong customer relationship. Equipped with exceptional customer service skills and solid insurance knowledge, she specializes in Auto, Home, Business, Life and Travel Insurance. Her expertise also extends to critical illness, disability, health and dental products.

Kakoli earned her Life License Qualification Program (LLQP) and Other Than Life (OTL) Licenses in 2005. She has a license in Mutual Funds that empowers her to offer Registered Retirement Savings Plans (RRSP) Registered Education Savings Plans (RESP). Additionally, she has her Fellow Life Management Institute (FLMI) designation.

Kakoli is a world traveler. Her biggest passion is photography. As multilinguistic, she is fluent in English, Bengali, Hindi and Urdu.
