Andrea Polcz

Andrea Polcz is a Technical Service Representative at Brokers Trust. She has been working with Brokers Trust since 2012 and continues to gain knowledge in the insurance industry and working her way through the ranks. Beginning her career with a position at reception she shortly after moved towards her current position and is now on her way to attaining a RIBO (Registered Insurance Brokers of Ontario) license. She aids in leading the billing division by coordinating schedules, assembling templates for new and longstanding team members to work by as well as updating them with additional system knowledge. She also provides necessary training in the EPIC system to newly hired individuals and assists with uploading new business and rewritten applications.

When Andrea is not working, she takes part in ballroom dance, sewing costumes and attending comic conventions. She enjoys travel, listening to international music and becoming a superhero to entertain children, while supporting a local charity to collect Christmas gifts for underprivileged children.
