Commercial Lines Small Business Account Manager
Account Managers are the frontline of our team and act as key customer service representatives (CSRs). We are seeking two Small Business Account Managers to join our Commercial Lines Department! The individuals core functions are to fully service and manage a mixed book of smaller business accounts.
Responsibilities:
- Managing a book of commercial small business, consisting of accounts ranging from $1,000 to $2,500, and up-to $5,000 in premium
- Managing small corporate programs
- Reviewing of commercial client renewals
- Responsible for accuracy of policy documents and timely delivery of renewals
- Provide customer service which includes endorsements, cancellations, billing, certificates, and general inquiries, including client phone calls and emails
- Review customers current coverage and assess whether coverage continuously meets our clients’ needs
- Provide recommendations to our clients to improve the overall product value
- Demonstrated ability to handle multiple priorities successfully
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years related commercial experience
- RIBO licensed
- Knowledge of Applied Epic and Applied Rating is an asset
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Superior customer service skills
- Strong analytical and organizational skills
- Tech savvy with the ability to work in a paperless environment
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
