Nada Elbard

Nada Elbard is the Vice President of Business Development at Brokers Trust.  With experience since 2000 on the broker and carrier sides, Nada began her career in the insurance industry targeting external growth by working directly with markets on both personal and commercial line coverages, and developing and maintaining a network of clients across Canada and internationally. Nada’s continuous drive to make things better through improved efficiencies and consistent protocols quickly opened opportunities at an executive level, leading her to shift her focus on internal growth. Equipped with her experience on the front lines, Nada embraced the new challenges that came with branch administration including training, client servicing, branding, budgeting and strategic planning, and most importantly, strengthening synergies between colleagues and partners. At Brokers Trust, Nada now plans to share these skills with the production team to increase retention and grow new business, and assist the company and their clients in mutual growth.

When Nada isn’t hustling at the office, playing doctor through Google, or working at hitting jackpot wins at the casino, Nada and her husband enjoy good food and good wine, surrounded by family and friends. With a large family spread out across the globe, Nada has been fortunate to enjoy good food and good wine while traveling, and to date has visited over 23 countries.
