Ted Tu Nguyen M.S., M.A., RIBO

Ted Tu Nguyen began his Insurance career in 2002. He previously managed and operated his own branch office before joining Brokers Trust in 2019. As an Associate Broker, his concentration is in Auto and Property, Life and Travel Insurance (including Visitor, Super Visa and International Student), and Commercial Insurance (specifically: contractors, commercial buildings and nail salons). Ted’s focus is on finding the right policy to fit individual client needs while building on long-term relationships and excellent customer service.

Ted received his Master of Science (M.S.) and Master of Art (M.A.) in the United States before moving to Canada in 2011. He is currently working towards obtaining his Chartered Life Underwriter (CLU) and Certified Financial Planner (CFP) designations. Ted is fluent in Vietnamese and sees this as a benefit as he helps the growing community in the GTA with his insurance knowledge and expertise. He sits on the board of Directors for the Vietnamese Canadian Professional Association (VCPA), where he supports networking for members and Vietnamese professionals in Canada.

Ted enjoys spending time with his family and friends, running, hiking and snowboarding, and discovering the world with his partner. In the summer, you can find him at family events, concerts, and various food festivals.
